Refund & Dispute Policy

This policy applies to customers purchasing tickets or admission to events organized or operated by Acorn Media Group.

All ticket sales are generally considered final once purchased. Refunds are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated for a specific event.
If an event is canceled by Acorn Media Group, ticket holders will be eligible for a full refund or, where offered, the option to transfer the ticket to a rescheduled date.
If an event is rescheduled, tickets will typically remain valid for the new date. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the circumstances and timing.
Refunds will not typically be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, or changes in personal availability.
If you experience an issue with your ticket purchase (such as duplicate charges or incorrect ticket delivery), please contact customer support as soon as possible so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Unauthorized resale or transfer of tickets may result in the ticket being voided without refund.
For events involving third-party venues or promoters, additional terms may apply and will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Approved refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe.
If you believe there has been a billing error or wish to dispute a charge, please contact us first so we can work to resolve the issue. Initiating a chargeback without prior contact may delay resolution.
